Scarborough-Guildwood member of provincial parliament (MPP) Mitzie Hunter, who kept her seat in two successive elections when the Liberal Party of Ontario (OLP) failed to get official status, says she won't run for the party leadership in 2023.Hunter, who ran for leader in 2020, is the current deputy leader and was considered a strong prospect to replace Steven Del Duca in a contest this year.
