Police are investigating a case of criminal harassment involving a Florida man, 39, who has relentlessly pursued a Toronto woman with unwanted messages since 2021.
Despite being repeatedly asked to stop, the man continued his messages and, in December, even claimed to be near her building, escalating to an attempted break-in.
