Toronto police say they have charged a man who allegedly threatened to shoot mayoral candidates on Thursday, which prompted some leading contenders to pause their campaigns and was followed by the cancellation of a debate.Investigators say 29-year-old Junior Francois Lavagesse of Toronto has been arrested and charged with two counts of weapons dangerous, carrying a concealed weapon, uttering threats and failing to comply with a recognizance.
