Two teen girls accused in the murder of homeless man Kenneth Lee have opted for a judge-only trial, diverging from a previously scheduled jury trial.
The group of eight teens, all aged between 13 and 16, is facing serious charges including second-degree murder, manslaughter, and assault, following an attack in December 2022.
