Users received unsettling emails from Kaseya, stating, "We have nothing to indicate that your data has been compromised," which raised concerns during this prolonged outage.
Kaseya, known for system monitoring and management software, faced a serious supply chain attack in 2021 that led to major service disruptions, similar to the current situation.
