The performances followed a monster 2025 for the band. The episode was hosted by multi-hyphenate Teyana Taylor, who was nominated for an Oscar for her role in Paul Thomas Anderson's One Battle After Another. Taylor reprised her Perfidia Beverly Hills role in a commercial parody for One Battle action figures. The episode included a Mike Myers cameo as Elon Musk. Next week's SNL will be hosted by Alexander Skarsgård with Cardi B as musical guest.
