Virgin Media O2 and Daisy Group merge to form O2 Daisy

O2 Daisy has launched as a new business-to-business telecom firm resulting from a merger between Virgin Media O2 Business and Daisy Group. The company will serve 45.8 million subscribers, leveraging the extensive fixed and mobile networks of Virgin Media O2 combined with Daisy Group's business-to-business expertise. Led by Matthew Riley and Jo Bertram, O2 Daisy aims to become the UK's second-largest SMB solutions provider, with a wide range of products including data solutions, 5G private networks, and cybersecurity offerings, starting with annual revenues of approximately £1.4 billion.
O2 Daisy will offer a broad product portfolio that includes data and Wi-Fi solutions, workplace tools, 5G private networks, cloud-based services, cybersecurity offerings, and O2 Motion movement insights.
