The show follows a struggling Las Vegas lawyer who adopts flashy tactics to succeed and shifts tonally into a demented holiday special by episode two. Love Story, created by Connor Hines and starring Sarah Pidgeon and Naomi Watts, adapts the true romance of John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette with a chick-lit sensibility tracking emotional highs and lows.
