The Hulu docu-series dramatizes the shocking true story of a prominent attorney who became a convicted killer. Jason Clark portrays Alex Murdaugh and Patricia Arquette portrays his wife, Maggie. Arquette said she wanted to honor women who deal with abuse, particularly intimate-partner violence. Clark described how Murdaugh could deceive many people and betray an entire community. The first three episodes become available on Hulu on Wednesday. Disney is the parent company of Hulu.
