Shark Tank returns for season 17 with returning and guest Sharks and a backdrop of economic uncertainty. Kevin O'Leary said the season may be one of the most prolific in the show's history because of current economic conditions. Economic instability is prompting entrepreneurs to lower expectations, which Sharks expect will lead to better deals, Robert Herjavec said. Guest Sharks Rashaun Williams and Kendra Scott described heightened competition, stronger entrepreneurs and more capital on hand. Actor Pete Davidson and partner Ben Rosenbaum appear pitching their sock company Doublesoul. Season 17 premieres September 24 on ABC and streams the next day on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.
