The two-time Emmy winner, 59, was arrested for felony criminal threats just after midnight on Monday. He was released later that day on $50,000 bond and is due back in L.A. County Superior Court on Feb. 2, according to online records."

Kiefer Sutherland, 59, was arrested just after midnight on Monday for felony criminal threats after allegedly threatening to kill his Uber driver. He was released later that day on $50,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in L.A. County Superior Court on Feb. 2. Sutherland reportedly asked the driver to pull over three times; the driver refused and later requested a translator, possibly Russian or Armenian. The driver did not accuse Sutherland of injuring him but alleged assault. Sutherland has a multi-decade history of legal issues, including multiple DUI arrests, probation, fines, community service and jail time.
