"LOS ANGELES -- Jimmy Kimmel has agreed on a new, one-year deal with The Walt Disney Company that will keep his award-winning show on ABC until at least May of 2027. The 58-year-old late night host announced the news to his staff on Monday. His current contract for "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" expires in May of next year."
"In addition to hosting the late night talk show since 2003, Kimmel is a four-time Oscar host and is also the host of the rebooted "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire." Disney is the parent company of this station."
Jimmy Kimmel agreed to a one-year contract with The Walt Disney Company that keeps his award-winning late night show on ABC through at least May 2027. The 58-year-old informed his staff of the deal on Monday. Kimmel's existing contract for Jimmy Kimmel Live! is set to expire in May of next year. Kimmel has hosted the late night talk show since 2003. He has served as Oscar host four times and currently hosts the rebooted Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. Disney is identified as the parent company of the station broadcasting the show.
