Cartwright, 32, was charged with one count of driving under the influence of intoxicants, three counts of reckless endangering and one count of attempted first-degree assault, according to jail records reviewed by the Daily News."
"They were arrested Saturday in Eugene, Ore., and held without bail at Lane County Jail, with Bryan scheduled for court Wednesday, according to USA Today. Cartwright was scheduled for arraignment Monday afternoon, KEZI-TV reported. Bryan is less than a year shy of finishing 36 months of parole stemming from his 2023 guilty plea for fourth-degree felony domestic assault. His sentence, which included seven days of jail time, runs through his parole-end date of October 2026."
