Dylan Dreyer celebrated her oldest son Calvin's birthday with a homemade sports-themed cake featuring football, golf, hockey and baseball. Calvin Bradley Fichera was born Dec. 17, 2016, and his younger brothers Oliver and Rusty followed. Dreyer experienced a difficult labor with Calvin and described him as a big baby who got stuck. Calvin was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2023 after frequent stomach pain, and Dreyer ensures he has gluten-free cupcakes and snacks so he isn't left out at class treats or parties. Dreyer crafts custom cakes as a hobby and makes marzipan sports decorations for his celebrations.
