Cupertino will premiere on CBS in fall 2026 as a 13-episode legal drama set in Silicon Valley about a lawyer who refuses to back down after being cheated out of stock options by a former tech startup employer. Mike Colter stars, and Robert and Michelle King are producing; the Kings’ credits include The Good Wife, The Good Fight and Elsbeth. CBS gave the green light last month. Filming locations are not yet confirmed, and preliminary outreach to Cupertino city officials has occurred. The series’ launch is prompting the city to consider creating a film permit process after multiple production inquiries.
