Brittany Snow portrays Sophie O'Neil, who relocates from Boston to the fictional town of Maple Brook, Texas after her husband Graham accepts a job there. The show adapts May Cobb's novel and features Malin Åkerman as Margot, leader of a gun-toting, MAGA-coded but sexually liberal group. Season one premiered on Netflix and provoked criticism for its outrageous, raunchy content.
