Bad Bunny Will Perform the 2026 Super Bowl Halftime Show
"What I'm feeling goes beyond myself ... It's for those who came before me and ran countless yards so I could come in and score a touchdown this is for my people, my culture and our history. Ve y dile a tu abuela, que seremos el HALFTIME SHOW DEL SUPER BOWL."
""There were many reasons why I didn't show up in the U.S., and none of them were out of hate," Bad Bunny told I-D. "I've enjoyed connecting with Latinos who have been living in the U.S ... But there was the issue oflike, fucking ICE could be outside [my concert]. And it's something that we were talking about and very concerned about.""
The NFL announced Bad Bunny as the Super Bowl LX halftime performer on September 28. The game will take place at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California on February 8, 2026. A thirty-second teaser shows Bad Bunny wearing a pava and a charcoal suit sitting atop a field goal post on a Puerto Rican beach at sunset. Bad Bunny framed the performance as honoring predecessors and Puerto Rican culture and invited families to watch. He staged a summer residency in Puerto Rico and will make a one-night-only North America appearance amid a 2025–26 world tour that has no U.S. stops, citing concerns about potential ICE raids.
