"LOS ANGELES -- The NAACP has announced its list of "57th NAACP Image Awards" nominees."

Sinners received the most nominations with 18, including Outstanding Motion Picture, Directing, and multiple acting nods for Michael B. Jordan, Delroy Lindo, Miles Caton, Jayme Lawson, and Wunmi Mosaku. Abbott Elementary and Reasonable Doubt each earned six nominations, with Abbott Elementary recognized for Outstanding Comedy Series, writing, and several acting nods and Reasonable Doubt noted for Outstanding Drama Series and acting nominations. Other nominated projects include Paradise, Washington Black, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, All's Fair, and Highest 2 Lowest. Teyana Taylor and Sterling K. Brown earned multiple individual nominations.
