Team Metalogic, a Caerphilly-based IT and technology solutions specialist, achieved 187th place in the Channel Futures MSP 501 and ranked 11th across the UK and Europe as the only Welsh company on the list. The MSP 501 assesses providers by growth, recurring revenues, service innovation and client outcomes. More than 150,000 managed service providers compete globally, with the market valued at nearly $300 billion in 2023 and projected to more than double by 2030. Team Metalogic also joined the Next Generation MSP list, was founded in 2003 with "one laptop and one desk", employs 17 staff, generates £2.2 million in revenue, serves regulated and growth-focused sectors, and delivered a fifteenfold turnover increase for one dental client through strategic technology planning. The company attributes success to its people, culture, shared purpose and long-term relationships.
