Sky Glass and Sky Stream users are facing a new glitch that falsely urges them to upgrade subscriptions to access channels they have already paid for, causing frustration.
Many users expressed their frustration on social media, noting that after a previous service outage, they were perturbed to receive messages about upgrading subscriptions for channels they already access.
Sky's Help Team acknowledged the issue on social media, stating, 'We're aware some Sky Glass/Stream customers may have an on screen message saying 'to watch this, you need to upgrade your subscription'. Support teams are investigating.'
Customers are seeking clarity on the persistent issues, with one stating, 'Now, channels we have already paid for stating 'to watch this you need to upgrade'... no mention of a refund for poor service.'
