Microsoft is introducing a new ‘native’ Copilot experience on Windows, replacing the previous PWA version, featuring a quick view and a new Alt + Space shortcut.
The quick view of Copilot floats above the taskbar and can be activated using the Alt + Space shortcut, but conflicts may arise with other apps using the same command.
Previously, Windows Copilot utilized the Windows key + C shortcut, but Microsoft has now opted for the Alt + Space shortcut, leading to potential challenges regarding app control.
Microsoft states, 'Copilot will continue to explore options related to the keyboard shortcuts for the app,' suggesting an evolving approach to user interaction.
