I stopped applying to tech jobs
Briefly

I’ve left the tech rat race, quitting my stable job and the continuous application process that had become a tiring habit. For years, I applied for positions not out of necessity, but as a reaction to the industry's instability, particularly within start-ups. Now, without the habit of job hunting to fill my time, I face uncertainty and a need to redefine what to do next. The lengthy and stressful process from resume submission to job offer truly drained my energy and motivation.
The soul-sucking process that is Tech Employment has become a frustration, with high rejection rates and a drawn-out timeline from application to offer.
Quitting the tech rat race has left me at a loss for what to do with my spare time, as job applying was once a constant habit.
