Jeeter launched in New York after formally establishing the brand in 2017 and building roots from two sets of twin brothers who met at Florida State University in 2004. Founders Sebastian and David Solano and Patryk and Lukasz Tracz moved to California in 2016 and named the brand after a college slang term for joints. The team sampled dispensary products and found many pre-rolls to be low quality and poorly packaged. Jeeter prioritized developing a better smoking product and packaging that reflected product quality, aiming to create a standout, consumer-focused pre-roll brand.
