Spaces group tools by Personal, Organization, and function-specific departments, and are customizable and accessible from a top toolbar. Zia provides centralized, contextual search and intelligence across authorized company information. An Action Panel lets users create a consolidated day view of meetings, tasks, and emails. Boards aggregate app content and tasks, while the new Vani app offers a visual collaborative workspace. Third-party integrations like Gmail can be added into Boards alongside native apps to enable contextual workflows.
