The retailer uses AI and machine learning to optimize freight flow and ensure items are stocked where needed, improving in-store shopping, delivery speed, accuracy, and contractor project simplicity. Company filings show 292 H-1B hires sought in the first three quarters, largely for software and operations research, a level similar to last year and higher than two years ago. Public visa data covers only foreign hires and excludes equity and other benefits.
