The City Planning Commission will review an application by Brooklyn Yards Development LLC for rezonings to create a 335,000-sq. ft. development with 267 residential units and 64,000 sq. ft. of commercial space in Borough Park, Brooklyn.
The developers and architects assure that the proposed development won't interfere with the rail line or the potential future development of the Interborough Express (IBX) in the area.
