Jungle Creations and Goat Agency are negotiating a merger to combine a social media publisher with an influencer marketing network. Executives from both London-based firms are discussing terms at Cannes Lions. Jungle Creations owns verticals including VT (26 million followers across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube), Twisted (16 million on Facebook), Four Nine, Level Fitness, World Unknown, and Craft Factory, totaling 110 million followers and operating six London food delivery kitchens. Goat Agency has around 120 staff, offices in New York and Singapore, client relationships with Formula E, Malibu, and Lidl (Dream Big with the FA), and won Social Media Agency/Team of the Year in 2018. Together they would report over £40m revenue and target expansion in the US and Asia.
