Satinder Pal Singh Raju, an organizer with Sikhs for Justice, was the target of a shooting on Interstate 505, a violent act that he describes as an assassination attempt.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the shooting incident remains under investigation with no arrests made, though Raju continues his advocacy without fear.
Raju expressed resolute determination, stating, "The day of our death is already written. I am happy to survive. But this won't change the work that we do for Khalistan."
Sikhs for Justice, the organization Raju represents, has highlighted strong suspicions of Indian government involvement in the attempted killing, echoing prior claims surrounding similar incidents.
