Trinity Rodman captained the United States and scored in a dominant 6-0 friendly win over Paraguay in Carson, California. The U.S. scored five second-half goals, including Rodman's 56th-minute strike, two goals by Ally Sentnor, and a 72nd-minute finish from Emma Sears, plus an own goal by Paraguay's Fiorella Martínez. Reilyn Turner opened the scoring with a first-half stoppage-time debut goal for the Portland Thorns forward. Rodman made her first appearance since a 2025 friendly with Brazil and captained the side two days after signing a three-year, record-breaking contract with the Washington Spirit.
