Fulham lost 2-0 to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, with Joao Pedro scoring and Enzo Fernandez converting a penalty. Fulham believed Josh King had opened the scoring, but VAR disallowed the goal after Rodrigo Muniz was penalised for stepping on Trevoh Chalobah while turning. The decisions provoked strong frustration and followed another recent VAR controversy involving Fulham. Fulham had earlier gone unbeaten in 10 consecutive London derbies but have since lost five of their last seven.
