Red cards and poor home form - Chelsea 'set fire to points'
"There's an inquest after every game whether we win or lose,"
"I'm learning about the players. I'm learning about the people you can lean on when things aren't going your way and you need to see a game out. That's something we need to address very quickly."
"I'm not here to throw players under the bus - I will always protect my players, and I'll deal with it during the week. But there was a player assigned that duty who marked the wrong man."
Chelsea have dropped 17 home points this Premier League season and hold a league-high six red cards after Wesley Fofana's 72nd-minute dismissal contributed to a collapse. Burnley scored a 93rd-minute equaliser to draw 1-1, and Joao Pedro had opened the scoring earlier. A missed marking assignment allowed Zian Flemming a free header in the centre of the box, and a substitute soon wasted a similar chance. Chelsea have equalled their highest single-season red card tally with 11 games remaining. Only the Nottingham Forest away game produced three points after a sending-off.
