Leyton Orient has officially signed midfielder Sonny Perkins from Leeds United for an undisclosed fee. At just 20 years old, Perkins has impressed during his loan, playing 29 matches and scoring four goals. Originally from Orient's academy, he had moved to West Ham before Leeds. He has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with the club. Coach Richie Wellens praised Perkins' development and hopes he can continue to deliver strong performances, emphasizing that he is evolving as a player after experiencing consistent senior football this season.
