"He's a good young player is who bright, versatile and full of energy, plus he is an England Under-21 international this season."
Tommy Watson, a 19-year-old England Under-21 striker, has joined Millwall on loan from Brighton until the end of the season. Watson came through the Sunderland academy and made 24 appearances for the Black Cats. He scored a last-minute winner against Sheffield United in the Championship play-off final at Wembley last May to promote Sunderland to the top flight. Brighton paid a fee of 10 million for Watson last summer, and he has made six Premier League appearances this campaign. Multiple clubs pursued Watson before he chose Millwall. Watson is described as bright, versatile and full of energy.
