Leeds, Everton and Crystal Palace want to sign Troy Parrott
"The 23-year-old striker has been outstanding since he moved to the Dutch side. He has 33 goals to his name in 61 appearances. He could prove to be an excellent addition for all three Premier League clubs, and it will be interesting to see if the Dutch outfit is willing to sanction his departure. Parrott has been linked with West Ham United as well."
"He is a key player for them, and his departure in January would be a huge blow for AZ. He has a contract with them until 2029, and they are under no pressure to sell him. The English clubs might have to pay over the odds in order to get the deal done. Parrott has played in England before with Tottenham, and he might be tempted to return. Meanwhile, the North London club will benefit from his return to the Premier League, as per TEAMtalk."
Leeds United, Everton and Crystal Palace are pursuing 23-year-old Troy Parrott from AZ Alkmaar. Parrott has 33 goals in 61 appearances and scored five goals in two recent Republic of Ireland matches. He is contracted to AZ until 2029 and is regarded as a key player, so AZ are under no pressure to sell and would demand a substantial fee for a January exit. Tottenham inserted a 20% sell-on clause when they sold him. Parrott would provide a reliable goalscoring option for Leeds or Everton and could act as a supporting striker for Jean-Philippe Mateta at Crystal Palace, who compete in European football under Oliver Glasner.
