Keane appointed boss of Hungarian side Ferencvaros
Briefly

Robbie Keane, the former Republic of Ireland striker and record cap holder, has been appointed manager of Ferencvaros after leaving Maccabi Tel Aviv last June.
Keane has a notable coaching history, having led Maccabi Tel Aviv to an Israeli Premier League title, league cup, and a last 16 finish in the Europa Conference League.
This marks a significant step in Keane's career as he replaces Pascal Jansen at Ferencvaros, who is currently second in the Hungarian league.
Having started his coaching journey in 2018, Keane has served various roles, including player-manager in India and assistant positions in the Irish national team and clubs like Middlesbrough.
