Enzo Millot scored twice within three minutes after the break to level the match by the 68th minute. Riyad Mahrez curled a low shot into the net in the 94th minute to give Al-Ahli the lead. Alibek Davronov was sent off in the 103rd minute for a last-man foul on Ivan Toney, and Mohammed Sulaiman finished close-range two minutes later to secure the 4-2 win. Al-Ahli extended their Champions League Elite winning streak to eight matches and recorded their first home win after trailing at half-time since April 2015.
