As I said before, as soon as Nottingham Forest called me with the chance to play in the Premier League, it was my first choice because playing in the Premier League has been a dream of mine since I was a child."
"It's an honour that the club and the staff have given me this opportunity, and I hope to pay them back for their trust with lots of goals."
"I'm a hungry player, willing to prove myself, score goals and help the team win as many games as possible,"
Lorenzo Lucca joined Nottingham Forest on loan from Napoli until the end of the season, with Nottingham Forest holding an option to buy. Napoli had made Lucca's transfer permanent after an initial loan from Udinese earlier in July 2025. Lucca scored two goals in 23 appearances for Napoli and netted 23 goals for Udinese, including 14 in 2024-25. He made 16 Serie A appearances in 2025-26, starting four times and scoring once. Lucca identified playing in the Premier League as a lifelong dream, expressed pride in wearing the Forest shirt, and pledged to score goals to repay the club's trust.
