"There's massive ambition here. The growth of the club and the investment into the team made the project really exciting for me to be a part of," said Phillips, who has also worked with Arsenal and the England youth coaching group. "There's a really good, young squad here which has huge potential, and they are showing those traits at the moment with an unbeaten run in the league."
Sheehan added: "We are absolutely thrilled to bring Lauren in and I think she will be a great asset for us for the foreseeable future. She brings such great experience and knowledge into the team and is an outstanding addition to our club."
