Anthony Gordon scored four goals, including two penalties, in the first half as Newcastle defeated Qarabag 6-1 in the Champions League play-off first leg. Newcastle led 5-0 at half-time and finished 6-1 after Malick Thiaw’s early finish and Jacob Murphy’s late goal.
