Fulham have submitted a €32 million bid for PSV forward Ricardo Pepi while PSV are reportedly seeking closer to €35 million to sell the 23-year-old. Pepi has scored eight goals in 15 Eredivisie appearances this season but suffered a broken forearm in early January that is expected to sideline him for around two months. Pepi began his career at FC Dallas, had spells at Augsburg and Groningen, and has 26 goals in 60 games for PSV and 13 goals in 34 appearances for the United States.
