FA Trophy tie abandoned after 'on-field emergency'

Gateshead's FA Trophy match against Farsley Celtic was abandoned after Farsley captain Lewis Turner suffered a serious on-field injury during the first half.
The match was suspended as Turner received emergency treatment on the field before being transported to the hospital, prompting both teams to return to the changing rooms.
Following consultations between the clubs, it was decided to abandon the match some 25 minutes after the injury, while Gateshead was leading 1-0.
Both clubs expressed their concern for Lewis Turner, with Leeds United, his former team, also sending their best wishes for his recovery.
