Josh Brownhill has completed a move to Saudi Pro League side Al-Shabab after leaving Burnley at the end of the season. Brownhill spent five years at Turf Moor, making 211 appearances and scoring 32 goals overall, including 18 goals in the promotion-winning campaign. Several English clubs expressed interest, including Brentford, Wolves, West Ham and Leicester. Brownhill will join teammates Yannick Carrasco and Wesley Hoedt at Al-Shabab, which is managed by Imanol Alguacil and began its league campaign with a 4-1 defeat to Al-Khaleej. Brownhill cited the manager's system and vision as his attraction and aims to score many goals and challenge for trophies.
