Kelly Gago, 27, is currently unavailable for Everton and wants to leave the club. She told L'Equipe that Everton blocked a move to Paris St-Germain and described her treatment as unfair, saying an incident involving a coaching staff member during training left her in tears. Gago has two and a half years remaining on her contract after signing an extension in June 2025. Her release clause is understood to be about €500,000, while PSG made a €50,000 offer. Everton say only about 10% of the release clause was submitted and an internal investigation cleared staff.
