Jude Bellingham faced criticism after reacting to being substituted during England's World Cup qualifying win against Albania. Thomas Tuchel apologised earlier this year for describing Bellingham's on-field behaviour as "repulsive" and will review the midfielder's recent reaction. Bellingham is no longer a guaranteed starter under Tuchel and faces uncertainty over his place in next summer's World Cup squad. Bellingham won La Liga and the Champions League with Real Madrid, scoring 23 times and providing 13 assists in his first season. Concerns have been raised about racial bias in media coverage and comparisons to past treatment of Raheem Sterling.
