"Their fitness came into it; they were a very physical, powerful, fit team and overran us a bit in the second half," Duncan explained, acknowledging the challenges faced by his squad against a League One side. "It's so good for the club, the town, and all the volunteers who put in so much time and effort - it's great reward for them to have a TV game," Duncan said, emphasizing the importance of the FA Cup run for the local community and the recognition that comes with national exposure.
"The league is very hard, it's relentless. It's really important that we don't feel sorry for ourselves," Duncan stated, stressing the need for focus and resilience despite the disappointment of the cup exit as they continue to compete in their league.
