Caleb Williams invested in the 2026 NWSL expansion club Boston Legacy FC through his investment firm 888 Midas. Williams won the 2022 Heisman Trophy and was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. Boston Legacy FC already counts celebrity investors including Elizabeth Banks, three-time Olympic gold medalist Aly Raisman, WNBA star Aliyah Boston, and Brad and Tracy Stevens. Jennifer Epstein is the controlling owner and co-founder of Boston Legacy FC. Epstein said Williams' investment symbolizes a new era of cross-league support, highlights momentum in women's professional soccer, and strengthens the club as it prepares for its 2026 inaugural season.
