Bournemouth dominated much of the match at the Vitality Stadium but drew 1-1 with Aston Villa after Morgan Rogers scored in the 22nd minute and 19-year-old Rayan equalised in the second half. The Cherries created several good chances through Junior Kroupi, Alex Scott and Ryan Christie and pushed hard for a winner. Emiliano Martínez produced crucial saves, including two late stops to deny Ryan Christie. The draw extended Bournemouth's unbeaten Premier League run to five matches and left them with 11 points since the turn of the year, behind only Manchester United and Chelsea.
