Vail Resorts created a senior Executive Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer role effective January 26, 2026. Celeste Burgoyne, currently President of the Americas and Global Guest Innovation at lululemon, will assume the position. Responsibilities include oversight of marketing, the entire guest journey, digital experience, and direct responsibility for the majority of company revenue. At lululemon, Burgoyne managed North American e-commerce, CRM, marketing, retail store experience, and real estate with direct responsibility for over $7.5 billion in revenue and led the launch of the brand's membership program. Burgoyne previously spent ten years at Abercrombie & Fitch during a major growth period.
