Ikuma Horishima took silver, his second Olympic moguls medal after a 2022 bronze. Matt Graham earned bronze, his second Olympic medal following 2018 silver. All three medalists were joined on the podium by their young toddlers and partners. The competition began with a round of 32 advancing 16 athletes to the 1/8 final. Notable eliminations included Julien Viel's DSQ for skiing outside the course and Cooper Woods exiting the course in a dual against Charlie Mickel. Several athletes advanced after opponents DNFed.
