After multi-hour late-night bargaining on November 13, Vail Resorts and the Breckenridge Ski Patrol Union reached a tentative agreement that runs through November 15, 2028. The Union's bargaining committee unanimously recommends ratification, and both parties will decline media requests until ratification is complete. The agreement ends a planned picket at the bottom of the BreckConnect Gondola that had been scheduled for November 16. Negotiations over the replacement contract began in April, and the union had been seeking terms that maintained and improved wages, benefits, and other provisions. Contract details have not yet been released.
